Black Deadstock Bedford Cord Field Jacket

The main design feature of our Field Jacket is the sweeping ‘maremma’ style pocket on the front and back of the body.

Crafted from a rare, deadstock Bedford cord that marries practical durability with a velvety hand-feel. The traditional vertical ribbing is softened by a fine-brushed finish, giving the deep black textile a matte, charcoal-like depth. 

The black corduroy collar is extra tall - perfect for flipping up against the elements. The sleeves are cut wide to accommodate layers, with a tall hem that is lined with corduroy and designed for cuffing. There are side seam pockets that create oversize inner pockets and two interior chest pockets for your valuables. All inner and outer pockets are lined with the same velvety soft English corduroy as the collar.
