Washed Blue Antique Linen Camp Shirt Size Medium
This camp shirt is made from a beautiful late 19th century linen from France, sourced and custom dyed in a washed blue by our friends at Marston House. The weight, feel, and drape of this antique linen is very special. The former bedclothes have been laundered, hung to dry, and pressed for countless years - resulting in a patina that is very rare. The weight creates a strong straight drape with a soft texture that is much more wrinkle resistant than modern linen.
This is a one of a kind garment handmade by Tony at our studio in Maine and the fabric is the last of its kind.
Design features include an exaggerated semi-rounded camp collar and two floating pockets with flaps. Finished with matte smoked trocas shell buttons, each hand-sewn with a crow foot stitch.
