Indigo Cotton and Linen Herringbone Twill Field Jacket
The main design feature of our Field Jacket is the sweeping ‘maremma’ style pocket on the front and back of the body.
The body is made from a cotton and linen blend that is woven into a herringbone twill. It is milled in France on a heritage loom using traditional weaving techniques. The cotton and linen are both indigo dyed, resulting in a rich and vibrant blue. The herringbone twill reveals subtle differences in tone in the interwoven fabrics.
The indigo tonal corduroy collar is extra tall - perfect for flipping up against the elements. The sleeves are cut wide to accommodate layers, with a tall hem that is lined with corduroy and designed for cuffing. There are side seam pockets that create oversize inner pockets and two interior chest pockets for your valuables. All inner and outer pockets are lined with the same velvety soft English corduroy as the collar.
